1.2 Are there different Bud Box sizes?

For some boxes, you can upsize to double the flowers at only $20 more!

1.3 I made a mistake in my order! How do I change?

Kindly head to eoms.thebudboxsg.com to make the change, Please contact us via our email: hello@thebudboxsg.com or WhatsApp us if you are unable to do so.

1.4 How should I keep my flowers fresh?

Keep the flowers away from direct sunlight and heat, and store it in a cool environment as much as possible. You should also water the green sponge at the bottom of the box daily 🙂

1.5 Do you have corporate discounts?

1.6 What type of flowers can i expect?

We believe that variety is important, hence we try our best to provide you with different flowers daily, you can expect roses, gerbera daisy, sunflowers, hydrangea, lilies, eustomas, baby breaths and more!

1.7 Can we write a message with the flowers? How?

You can write a message to your loved ones when you check out!



2. Delivery ✿

2.1 What time will my recipient receive the flowers?

Your recipient will receive his/her bud box between 10am to 3pm, 1pm to 5pm or 5pm to 10pm depending on which timeslot you choose!

2.2 How much is the delivery fee?

We believe that showing your love should be affordable, hence we provide free same day delivery for the flowers!

2.3 Do you deliver internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver internationally, however we are constantly improving ourselves to expand internationally in the future!

2.4 How do i know if my bud box is delivered?

An email will be sent to you once delivery is completed! 🙂

2.5 Do you deliver on weekends/public holidays?

Yes! We delivery daily all year round. 🙂

2.6 What happens if the delivery is unsuccessful?

We will inform you via email/WhatsApp to arrange for a redelivery. A redelivery fee of $15 will have to be made before we can redeliver your bud box.

2.7 Do you do same day delivery?

Yes we do! Check out 4.5 in the “4. Ordering” tab under our FAQ to see our cut off timing



3. Payment ✿

3.1 What types of online payment do you accept?

We accept credit card payment via Stripe and Paypal!

3.2 Do you accept cash on delivery?

We strictly do not accept Cash on Delivery.

3.3 Do you accept Bank Transfer/PayNow?

Yes we accept Bank Transfer/PayNow, please WhatsApp us for more information!

3.4 How will I receive my refund?

In the event where a refund has to be made, we will refund you through your credit card.

3.5 Can I order from you online first, and pay at your store later?

We will only proceed with the order preparation after payment is made, we do not accept deposits of any form before we accept an order.



4. Ordering ✿

4.1 What is Box of The Day?

Everyday Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday before 6pm, we will release our New “Box of the Day” design for the next day. Customers can order the Box of the Day design for that day!

4.2 Can I choose a design?

Yes! You can choose from our past bud box designs and they are available from SGD $35. Simply click on the design you like, proceed to checkout and select the date you like it to be delivered

4.3 Can I order today’s Box of the Day for another day?

Yes, you can!

4.4 What is the Freestyle DIY Bud Box?

Our Freestyle Boxes ($30) are crafted by our florists based on your recipient’s agee, gender, the occasion and the color of the flowers you choose.

4.5 What time should i order for same day delivery?

Mondays to Saturdays: Orders made before 10am will be delivered before 3pm, orders made before 1pm will be delivered before 5pm, and orders made before 5pm will be delivered before 10pm on the same day. Sundays/PH: Orders made before 10am will be delivered before 5pm on the same day.

4.6 Oops, I made a wrong order, can I cancel?

All cancellations has to be made at least 48 hours before the date of delivery. We reserve the rights to reject all cancellations made after that.

4.7 Can I customise my box?
